Conditions for Website Use
ALL USE OF THE WWW.CENLASOLUTIONS.COM WEBSITE, ITS SERVICES, AND ANY SERVICES OFFERED THROUGH THE SITE
(COLLECTIVELY, THE "SITE") IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND THE POLICIES, AGREEMENTS AND
INSTRUCTIONS FOR THE USE OF THIS SITE CONTAINED IN THE SITE AND POSTED BY CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS WHICH
ARE HEREBY INCORPORATED HEREIN.
Limitation of Liability
In no event shall Cenla computer Solutions be liable to any person for any special, general, incidental,
indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind, including, without limitation, those resulting
from negligent or criminal acts of third parties, loss of use, loss of data, lost profits, or computer
hardware damage, in connection with any of its services, the Cenla computer Solutions website (including
all information, services, and products that are referenced or linked to in the TechSquadLive.com
website), or any other information, documents, products, software, downloads, repair services, advice,
and information provided by Cenla computer Solutions or any of its third-party product or service
providers, whether such person is advised of the possibility of such damages.
Force Majeure
In the event Cenla computer Solutions delivery of the Services is delayed, prevented, or otherwise made
impracticable by reason of any acts of God, fires, floods, earthquakes, or other natural catastrophes;
national emergencies, strikes, lockouts or other labor difficulties; computer "hacking" attack or
computer virus; any law, order, regulation or other action of any governing authority; power outages,
technical equipment failures, or any other cause beyond Cenla Computer Solutions reasonable control, then
Cenla computer Solutions shall be excused from such delivery to the extent that it is delayed or
prevented by such cause.
Right of Refusal
Cenla computer Solutions reserves the right to refuse, suspend or terminate any of its services to any
user in its sole discretion, without notice. Reasons for refusing service include, but are not limited
to: using computer system fraudulently, illegally, or for propagating libelous or otherwise defamatory,
obscene, pornographic, abusive, harassing or threatening material.
Internal Complaint Policy Statement
We are committed to your satisfaction and have procedures in place to provide you with a fair, timely and
effective means to resolve problems with any transaction. We record and monitor all complaints. We will
undertake to acknowledge any complaint within seven business days of receipt and will strive to address
and resolve any complaint within 45 days of receipt. In the event we cannot reach a satisfactory
resolution, we are committed to using third-party dispute resolution services through the Better Business

REMOTE SOLUTIONS
(a) General Services: Cenla computer Solutions will attempt to diagnosis your technology problem, then
provide you with a technology solution over the telephone or via the Internet. In certain cases, however,
problem diagnosis and support may not be completed because of a problem with your computer or its
configuration that is beyond our control.
Remote Support Services: Remote support services may be offered to you over the telephone or via the
Internet if your PC was built within the last four years, you have a working cable or DSL high speed
Internet connection, and your operating system is Microsoft Windows XP or newer. If you elect to receive
remote support, then Cenla computer Solutions remotely logs on through your high-speed Internet
connection to view your computer desktop from the Cenla computer Solutions Operations Center. Cenla
computer Solutions stays in contact with you to keep you fully briefed on every step of the process as
your technology problem is resolved. Remote support may involve the installation of software on your
computer that will allow CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS to provide the remote support services. By electing to
receive remote support, you agree to allow Cenla computer Solutions to use whatever tools deemed
necessary to repair your computer, including remote access. You understand that if remote access is used
on your computer there will be no residual software from the remote session; however, there may be a text
file placed on your computer that will explain the work that was done on your computer. If such a text
file is placed on your computer, you have the option to either save the file for future reference or to
delete it from your computer.
Your Responsibility: You understand and agree that prior to contacting or allowing Cenla computer
Solutions to perform diagnostic repair or other services on your computer, it is your responsibility to
back-up the data, software, information or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. You
acknowledge and agree that CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS shall not be responsible under any circumstance for
any loss or corruption of data and/or software.
SERVICE LIMITATIONS; LIABILITY
LIMITATIONS TO SERVICE: CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REFRAIN FROM PROVIDING ANY OR ALL
REQUESTED REMOTE SERVICES AND INSTEAD REFUND YOUR PAYMENT, WHOLLY OR IN PART, ON THE BASIS THAT YOUR
TECHNICAL NEEDS OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS ARE UNUSUAL OR EXTENSIVE AND BEYOND THE SCOPE OF THIS SERVICE
AGREEMENT AS REASONABLY DETERMINED BY CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS .
CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS IS NOT LIABLE FOR LOSS, ALTERATION, OR CORRUPTION OF ANY DATA OR FOR YOUR
INABILITY TO USE YOUR COMPUTER EQUIPMENT OR OTHER PRODUCT.

PAY FOR SUPPORT
(a) Services:CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS will attempt to diagnose and solve problems over the telephone
before a service on site. In certain cases, however, this may not be possible because of problems with
your computer or its configuration that are beyond our control.
(b) User Responsibility: You understand and agree that before CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS performs
diagnostic repair on your computer, it is your responsibility to back up the data, software, information,
or other files stored on your computer disks and/or drives. You acknowledge and agree that CENLA COMPUTER
SOLUTIONS shall not be responsible under any circumstance for any loss or corruption of data and/or
software.
IN-HOME COMPUTER SERVICE
SCHEDULING
Standard service is providing 24 hours a day 7 days a week 365 days a year. But understand and agree that
there may be an extra charge past 9PM central time and or providing you service past post 9PM. Also you
agree that we cannot always schedule an in home Service at a specific if we our servicing some one else
or just cant get to the phone.
SERVICE JURISDICTION
CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS sets the Service Jurisdiction for each city and store. If a location lies
beyond CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS standard Service Jurisdiction, additional travel charges may apply. To
determine if your location is within aCENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS standard Service Jurisdiction, inquire at
CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS , use CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS zip code Service Jurisdiction interface on the
prices page, or call 3187152487 for information and applicable travel charges..
INSTALLATION AUTHORIZATION
For on-site services, a person at least 18 years of age must be present during the entire time period
services are provided. If no adult is present when the CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS agent arrives, services
will be denied.
RESPONSIBILITY
It is your responsibility to back up all software and data on your computer's hard drive(s) and/or any
other storage devices before the CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS agent arrives. CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS and/or
its third-party service provider shall not be responsible at any time for any loss, alteration, or
corruption of any software, data, or files.
ACCESS
The CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS must have 1) access to your residence or business and the computer(s) and/or
peripheral(s) to be serviced, 2) your consent and cooperation to enter your residence or business, 3) a
safe working environment, work space, and 4) electrical power. If the CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS Agent
determines that these conditions have not been met, services will be denied.
IN-HOME HOME THEATER SERVICES
ADDITIONAL CHARGES
Installers will provide an estimate to you prior to performing work that requires an additional charge.
RESPONSIBILITY
CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS Theater installers will not be held responsible for moving any furniture or
valuables. CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS Home Theater installers will not, under any circumstances, move,
alter or install electrical outlets. It is recommended to have necessary electrical work performed prior
to installation service.
INSTALLATION AUTHORIZATION
Someone at least 18 years of age must be present at all times on the day/night of installation to approve
all work completed.
LABOR ONLY
Installations do not include any parts or accessories (for example, wire, cable, speaker mounts or
similar parts), except as specifically set forth on the detail page for the applicable installation
service.
LATH & PLASTER
CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS cannot warrant that installations involving lath and plaster walls will not
result in cracks on the wall. CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS will do everything in our power to eliminate the
possibility, but due to the nature of that type of construction, CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS will not be
responsible for any resulting damage to your wall.
PAY-FOR-SUPPORT AND IN-HOME SERVICE TERMS
SERVICE LIMITATIONS
CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS and/or its third-party service providers reserve the right to refrain from
providing any or all services ordered and refund the customer's payment, wholly or in part, if minimum
system requirements are not met or if technical conditions (such as wiring difficulties or physical
barriers) or customer requirements are unusual, extensive, or beyond the scope of this service agreement
as reasonably determined by CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS .
LIMITATION OF REMEDY
Under no circumstances shall CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS , and/or its third-party service provider be liable
to you or any other person for any damages, including without limitation any indirect, incidental,
special or consequential damages, expenses costs, profits, lost savings or earnings, lost or corrupted
data, or other liability arising out of or related to the services provided by CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS
and/or its third-party service provider or out of the installation, de-installation, use of, or inability
to use your computer equipment, hardware, peripherals, or the network as a result of the services
provided hereunder.
CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to any cause
beyond its control. If CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS ability to render services is impaired by your failure to
cooperate or circumstances beyond the control of CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS ,CENLA COMPUTER SOLUTIONS may
choose not to provide services. Service can also be denied if dangerous or unhealthy conditions are
present including possible code violations. For any un-installation services provided, CENLA COMPUTER
SOLUTIONS shall not be responsible for repairing any damage or changes made to your residence.
Payment/Prices:
All credit card payments must be made thought paypal at paypal.com all checks are subject to $30 NSF
Cenla Computer Solutions do not guarantee any prices on its website www.cenlasolutions.com only
estimates. Cenla computer solutions only will give estimates witch are not guarantees.
Call out(come to your locations) fees
these fees witch our agreed on before services are provided must be collected up front
Refer A Friend Program
You are an Eligible Referrer if you have been a customer within the last year and meet all of the
following requirements: (A) Your Referee MUST buy a service; and, (B) you are of legal age to enter into
agreements, or you are at least thirteen (13) years of age and have your parents' permission to submit to
the terms and conditions of this Program. Referring some one to buy something from our online store is
not part of the program and you will not qualify for any thing. We pay $5 per person you refer cash or
paypal it to you REMEMBER: THEY HAVE TO BUY A SERVICE, also your friend must tell use who refereed them
before or at the time the service is provided to qualify.
Advertising policy
Cenla Computer Solutions is Not Reasonable for our advertisements we do not verify them. Our banner ads
cost $3-$9 depending on size and how many pages you want your ad on plus a fee if we have to make the ad.
If your a non-profit organization we will gave you a discount in some cases we wont charge you at all at
our discretion. Also we do not allow porn sites
Monthly Specials
Cenla Computer Solutions from time to time will run specials on www.cenlasolutions.com through stated
dates, monthly specials may not be combined with any other offer and are not valid after 9Pm and before
7am.
